Why Ghandarva? Ghandarva is a Sanskrit word and Ghandarva are known as male energies that play sacred music to protect the fairies in the dell, amongst other interpretations. We see it to mean that this Centre is a sacred place and you are safe here as you protected by the angels.
The philosophy of the Ghandarva Wholistic Counselling Centre is to work from a non-judgmental position, to see the beauty of the individual, and to work from integrity. People can heal themselves and move forward in their lives. It believes in working with the whole person, the body, mind, spirit & emotions in order for effective change to happen. It empowers people to see that they are the creators of their life and not the victim.
